Gables on the Green

Extensive interior and exterior renovation of condominium property on the Granada Golf Course in the heart of Coral Gables, Florida. During the 12-month project all ground floor lobbies, elevator cabs and common areas of two occupied residential towers were remodeled. Structural modifications and a glass entrance installation improved building security, showcasing fine design and exquisite craftsmanship.  Stunning millwork, coffered ceilings, mosaic floor, feature wall inlays, specialize wall coverings, faux finishes and custom lighting were included in the design.
