El Churrasco Restaurant

Renovation of 14,000 sq. ft. of highly sought-after waterfront 250-seat capacity restaurant on Brickell Bay Drive along downtown Miami’s trendy Brickell Avenue.  Design/build turn key solution to assist Argentinian owners with licensing, design and construction services.   Project involved an adaptive reuse of materials for cost effectiveness and timely completion.
