New Washington, DC headquarters for First Union Bank and branch location. Construction of 20,000 sq. ft. of office space including a historical renovation created a flagship bank branch 2 blocks from the White House. The project features the addition of fire sprinkler piping embedded in the terracotta floor system, the intricate restoration of plaster details and stone flooring, custom designed and manufactured lighting and millwork, and construction of a formal teller line with the finest of details.
