Hamptons Clubhouse

The Hamptons 26-story, luxury residential waterfront oasis is home to 592 units in two condominium towers along palm-lined Country Club Drive in Aventura, Florida. It is one of the community’s original high-rise structures.  Dominion Builders’ interior and exterior renovation of the 36,000 sq. ft. clubhouse gave residents a modernized amenity with commanding views of the Intracoastal Waterway.  Our residential team applied meticulous site management and detailing to the 250-seat restaurant, bar, offices, game room, movie theatre, racquetball courts, dance studio, fitness center, men’s and women’s spas. New high-end finishes, custom woodwork, roof replacement, waterproofing and MEP upgrades comprised this multi-phase project.
